Clearing the content of IE address bar... 1

Hello,

can you please tell me how to clear the content of the
address bar of the internet explorer 6.0 ? When I click
on tools, internet options, general tab -- the history
button is Greyed Out and cannot be clicked. I am using
windows xp pro. Thanks for the help.

This is the Registry setting concerned.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedUrls
