Clearing the auto appearance of usernames ( hotmail account)

I've seen only in some systems the user name appear automatically after keying in the first few letters especially in the hotmail web site.

Could you please let me know how to enable / disable this feature.

um, typically with IE, it's called AutoCompleter, which can also fill in your password automatically if you type in the full name (usally IE will ask the first time it attempts this) and if you are refering to IE, check Tools...Internet Options.
