Hi,
Have 2 IVRs, one after another. For various reason, some customers (small minoriy) when calling the number, try to enter a 4 digit extension (alsways beginning with '4').
On IVR 1, we have made option 4 a 'general option', but has to route to 2nd IVR.
Because customer has entered 4 digit ext, the 2nd IVR then takes the route of the 2nd digit entered.
Anyone know of a way to clear out the CED between the 2 IVRs?
Thanks in advance
