clearing firewall rules

Hi there,

Is there a command for clearing all firewall rules that have been installed using ipchains? All I want to be left with are the three standard chains with a single rule in each - REJECT everything! I tried the ipchains-restore command but it just sat there and nothing happened.

Running RH7.3
