Hi all,
Most likely my last post on this forum (*sniff*), and one final request for help if possible.....
As the corporate wheel in my company turns ever forward, so too the voice system we used has been superseeded by, ahem, a Cisco VoIP solution...(apologies to those of you offended by the thought!)
The Option 11's we had run (reliably I might add!) for the last 4 years now have to be decommissioned. As part of this process, I need to ensure any sensitive company information is cleared from the PBX's systems.
I plan to:
1) Out all set TN's
2) Out all route TN's
3) Remove all CDP and ESN data
Is this the right approach ? Is there a "clear down all configured sets" command ? Is there a "recommended best practice" for doing this ?
Thanks for any help you may be able to offer, and thanks for all the help in the past!
Cheers,
Paul
