clear signal problem

hi all,
I have MD110 BC11 SP13 connected with an IVR system using PRI Q-sig connection,there is also an AA system connected to the MD , the outside connection with the PTT were using analog trunks with the MD110, and this is the problem:
when an incoming call to the MD on the anlog trunk transfered to the IVR system (BY the AA system) and one of the IVR agents answer the call ( the IVR agents
are using the the IVR system telephones (analoge and cisci IP telephones), after the outside caller finish the call, the call didnt released(the analog trunk channel and the Q-sig channel both were not released) becouse ther is no clear signal on the analog trunk , but when the IVR agent finsh the call, the Q-sig and the anloge trunk channels should be released ( the IVR should send disconnect signal after the IVR agent drop the call , then the MD should release those channels), but this didnt happen here, even if the IVR agent drop the call, the channels are still not released, to release them , the same agent should pickup the handset then hangup again to release those channels.
