I have a customer who purchased a Clear One Max conference phone. Got it working using and ATA of the BCM 400. Problem is, the BCM obviously does not recognize the "conference" button on the phone. I seem to remember having this problem with a different phone, and having to press a bunch of flashes and such. Anyone tried it?

If it is not made exclusively for Nortel then the conference button may just be a Flash or Link key. The operation should be:
1. Take or make 1st call.
2. Press Flash 2 to put 1st call on hold and to make 2nd call.
3. Press Flash *3 to initiate conference.

Thanks, that worked, but I could only make 2 calls. Do I have to program something on the ATA to do more?

What version of software is the BCM?

It is a BCM 400, i think they are 3.6.

You can only have a 3 party conference call. If they upgrade to 4.0 they can have up to 40 parties on 1 call. Understand that "40" is the total conference ports. They can be split up into multiple conferences.
