I have a client who replaced a Clear One MAX IP conference pod.
She is able to get the new unit to work and connect to the network without issue.
The original unit had a second unit hooked up via the daisy chain cable.
When she tries to plug a second unit into this first one, it blanks the screen on the first unit, and nothing will work.
Unplug the second unit, and the first re-boots and works without issue.
Plug the second unit in by itself and it works.
I'm think this would be a bad "in" or "out" port on the new unit?
