Clear field in all records 2

Is it possible to run a macro or action to clear a field in all record.

i.e. I have a field called "Active"

I want to be able to make this field in all records be set to No without having to edit each record. I want to be able to link this to a button click on a form.

You could write an Update query and call this from the button - the button wizard has an option for "Run Query".
