Hi All.
Probably a simple solution, but so far I haven't found anything in the documentation I have.
I have a customer with a BCM50 R6 that has an error display on their phone (LLDP TTL expired), and the customer wants to know how to clear the alarm from their phone.
I don't have access via dialin to their system anymore, and am wondering if it is possible to have them do the clearing through the phone. Mind, if the error is on the phone (and it appears to be a network issue), I'm not even sure it can be done.
Is it possible and if so, how?

Update. I had it clear by pressing the services key, verifying everything looked right, and the going back to the main display. Hope this helps someone else.
