I have a user that has n120 spool/mail, and I would like to be able to clear down their mail. I would like to do this as clearly and as efficently as possible. I am not sure what the methods to take.

Please advise.

Thanks

Michelle

You can recreate the users mail file by going into the directory and issuing a:

> <username> (others suggest cat /dev/null > <username>

command. This assumes you don't want to keep any of the mail in the file. HTH.
