STUPID mistake...I forgot to do this.
Can't restore file, we have already posted some items this year.

Only thing I can do is to clear them now, make a note of what has been done and add to the amount for reports I need at year end.

BUT will any other files other than apvenfil be affected?

THanks

Were you able to run that SQL statement from last week? If so you can do something very similar for the apvenfil_sql table:

Code:
UPDATE apvenfil_sql
SET amt_ytd_1099=1, amt_lst_yr_1099=2, purch_ytd=3,	purch_last_yr=4,	amt_pd_ytd=5, amt_pd_last_yr=6,	disc_ytd	disc_last_yr=7, disc_lost_ytd=8,	disc_lost_lst_yr=9

Just change the numbers 1 thru 9 to your desired numbers.

I screwed that up a little bit but you get the idea. Then your reports will be fine. And yes the apvenfil is the only file updated.
