Clear all audio files 2

Hi;
Is there any way to clear all audio files uploaded to mitel 3300 controller.

You need to ftp to the controller IP address, I usually use Filezilla Client, and navigate to the VM folder. Within that folder you will need to look for the file names, I believe there is a MOH folder under that directory. Once you find the files just right click and select delete.

I think when you ftp it will put u in to /sysro
you need to change this to /vmail

NOT /sysro/vmail

Hope this helps...you prob found it by now

pmhaynes is correct, sometimes I have had issues with putting /vmail in to filezilla and just did / and then sysro and vmail show up.
