Clear alarm in WinSPM for 100DCD module

Can someone please tell me procedure to clear an alarm on my 100dcd module? I am in WINSPM at the moment, I am red on my module and my PRI/T-1 is completely INOP.. no ability to dial out.

Error I am encountering is PRI D-CHNL INOPERATIVE looking at WINSPM, otherwise I can not see anything wrong with my card. Suggestions aside of calling the teleco?
 
You can go to Maintenance, slot, the slot number, enter, then busy out, confirm, reset, reset slot, confirm, restore, and confirm that.

But if it was working, and now the D-chan is inop, I doubt that the problem is on your end.
 
Thanks TTT. I finally found the "button" in WinSPM to drop alarms in the literature. Someone else called the teleco before I could do my troubleshooting; teleco is exp. an outage in this area. Thanks
