Hello All,
We have an application server that runs a bevy of network printers for our WMS software. Sometimes the print queue will get a job stuck in a specific printer. I am looking for some way to script clearing a specific printer. We are using HP M404dw and ZD620 label printers, both networked. Not sure if anyone has tried to tackle this before. I cant just clear the queue from the local machine that is using the printer, even if I install it to that machine. I have to log into the server to clear the queue.
Any thoughts?
