Cleanup TN / DN on CS1K

Hi Guys ,

Having a lot of UNREG set so that i want to renmoved them in order to free space on CS1K ///

Trying to de-aquire firt the TN then DN (Ld 48 <cr> dacr agt XXXXXXXX <cr>)
it returns this :

Browse the web and all i can see is this Key word is related to DID.

Someone has an idea please .

That is a Syntax error, ie, the machine doesn't understand the command

Is there another way / syntax cmd to removed TN form CS1K , since a long time this the one i know.. De-aquired TN on Either AACC or CS1K, then out all DN .

Shall you know other commands please post .

If you have de acquired it in Contact Center then just remove it in LD 11 or LD 20

REQ = OUT
Type = Phone Type 1140 etc
TN = the virtual TN of the IP set

It retuns the error code :

SCH1509 //

so in LD 48 and do
. dacr agt <tn>

then out the set in LD 11

That's usually good. If you de-acquire the set in AACC and if you have Voice Recording you may need to remove it there as well. Then when you print the TN in LD 20 you should see that it is not acquired. Then you should be able to out it.

This is exactly what i ve done , i see... I just picked up a TN that is actually in used in one ACD // And it 's Ok ...
I was able to de-aquired from the CS1K .

This error SCH1509 happen for only those TN marked UNREG, like the below ...

this is what the system says about SCH1509.


SCH1509
Cannot MOV/OUT acquired TN. First De-acquire the TN and then proceed
with MOV/OUT request
De-acquire the TN and then proceed with MOV/OUT operation.
Severity: Minor
