Hi,
I am using CR 8.5 and IE 5.5.
Apparently to release the current licenses used by the users, the Cleanup.asp clears the sessions whenever the the users closes the report.
I have set up a web page which the users log on and see the reports by clicking on a link. These reports pop up in a new browser window. I am able to see the reports with all the information based on the parameters that I pass from the ASP pages.
After closing the report browser window, and trying to see another report from the main window, I get a message saying that the Session has Expired and hence closing the window. Now the question is as follows:
It looks like the CleanUp.asp is closing my session as well that is generated after the users log in. How to prevent that ?
Hope to hear more on this.
Thanks,
Padmaja.
