Cleanmgr faulting module MSODCW.DLL

Hi there

I run Win xp sp2 on 200+ machines in a win2003 domain. for the last 3 -4 weeks i have had this fault below where the nightly cleanup fails. The cleanup is a batch file started by windows scheduler.
the comand line in the batch file is:

cleanmgr /sagerun:50

I dont have windows update enabled and there have been nochanges to the workstations during this time.

The error in event log is

What does the Task Scheduler log say about the problem (if anything)? Is it saying that the job completed successfully?

Is that Dll related to Microsoft Office Disk Cleanup Wizard?

I have it from 2007 Office suites (On Vista)
