Came into work this morning after a few days off to be told that emails and other main functions have been running at a snails pace.
A quick look at the DC revealed that cleanmgr.exe is running and is taking up 99% CPU.
I am aware of the function of this process but I don't think that it should be running when staff are in the office!
My query is - is it safe to terminate this process? anything else I should be aware of?
Thanks
