Cleaning the mailqueue

Am I going mad, or...

I _swear_ there was an option to get Sendmail to clean out all the cruft in /var/spool/mqueue -- after a while, I always get empty xf* files etc, and I seem to remember being able to get sendmail to clean it all out. I could do it manually, but, hey, I'm lazy! ;)


Any ideas?
