Cleaning screen on Latitude?

Hi.
I have a Latitude C500 and recently asked the same question to a Sys Admin friend. She said she uses Windex to clean hers and it works fine, but I remember hearing something about the ammonia (or similar chemical) in household glass cleaners that could harm either the screen or the anti-glare coating on the screen. I'm a bit hesitant until I hear from my DELL salesperson who can recommend what to use that won't void my warranty.
I will post here what DELL tells me.
