Cleaning Quarantined Files

My SAVCE 10.0 managed client has quarantined a number of files which includes .dll files. Some of my applications cannot run properly because of the quarantined .dll files.

How do I get SAVCE 10.0 to clean the quarantined files and have them restored to their original folders?
