Cleaning all data from hardrive.

Hi Teck Group.
I would like to donate one of my Computers to charity .Can you please reccomend a software that i can use
to clean all the data from the Hard drive with out damaging
the operating System .

if you have the OS CD, do a clean install & format the hard drive before re-installing the OS.

long way
use a file wiping program to wipe each and every file.
