Clean up Invalidate Cache Not Working

According to MicroStrategy, invalidated cache whose type is "Mataching" but NOT "HISTORY" should be deleted by MicroStrategy itself. However, we are seeing many Invlidated Cache with "Matching" as its type still loaded to I server all the time.

And the Clean Up Invlidate Cache doesn't work. We can physically delete them, but we want to find out how this could happen. Does anyone know how this cache deletion works after it becomes invalide?

check reports are not located on history list, if they are, invalid cache will not be cleaned, first eliminate them from history list and then clean cache.
