hi,
we just install groupwise 6.5 and we had doing test for about 2 weeks, now we are ready to pass to producction.
the problem is we have a lot of "tests" messages.
how can i erase all the messages, appointments, etc.
we need to install with a clean groupwise

Option 1: Delete/recreate all accounts.

Option 2: Follow the instructions that I posted in thread12-879208. NOTE: You'll want to change step 5 to include "Received", "Sent", & "Calendar" items.

The second option will probably be easier. Try it out and then log into a couple of the accounts to make sure that it worked.

on the postoffice - set the client options to delete everything at 1 hour or a day - flush the crap and then set it backup to something sensible
