Do I need centrex or does the switch have this feature? I have checked the books and really do not see any references.

When you say, CLASSIC MERLIN, what exactly are we talking about?

206, 410, 820, 820D or 1030/3070?

Also, what FEATURE MOD do you have? (If any)

I'm almost certain it is going to be an 820 or 820D. I will be onsite tommorrow to find out for certain. However if you guys told me it can't be done on any of them, then I would call the client and let them know it's just not possible with his equipment. This started as a remote support issue on what was supposed to be a legend, however the client really wasn't able to provide reliable info to determine which system he had and the console was a 34 button hfai, not the 20L I was expecting.

As I recall, the 820D could possibly do some Trunk to Trunk stuff, but I am really not al that sure.

Either way, depending on their size and needs, perhaps an upgrade may be the way to go.

The 820D2 had a remote call forwarding feature. It can forward one incoming call back out on another system line by calling a programmed number and then conferencing the 2 lines together. Voice quality may not be too great, but it works.
