CLassic Environment startup

I just upgraded from 9.2 to jaguar. When i need to start up the classic environment, it takes me about 5 tries for it to finally start the classic environment. Any ideas?? Possible problems?? Thanks.

It's usually 3rd party extensions. Turn off anything that isn't needed. You can set a preference to automatically pull up the extensions manager when classic loads. (system preferences on OSX-->classic-->advanced tab.)
