ClassExplorer style...

I have tried designing a GUI quite similar to the BCB ClassExplorer, but I haven't been able to get the drag-and-dock feature to work properly. Where, and in which order should I place the panels and what kind of properties need to be set? After several hours of trial-and-error, this problem is still unsolved. Any help on this issue would be very appreciated.
