Class suggestions for Migrating

I'm looking for online classes to train up on migrating. Looking for theory, practical, focused on end db being MS SQL Server (any version) from various platforms. Going into details on best practices on Mapping, scripting, etc.

I went to a HOTT training. Once you learn to use the tool migration is just moving the data. Well, not so simple. You have to analyze it, model it, transform, cleanse (data hygiene), map it, etc...But that you can do without much formal training.

MCP SQL Server 2000, MCTS SQL Server 2005, MCTS SQL Server 2008 (DBD, DBA), Training HOTT cert SQL Server 2012 Business Intelligence (SSIS, SSAS).
