I am fairly new to VB, for a class project, I would like to make a survey program (employee opionion survey) in which the user (a human resoures person) could make their own survey by picking from a list of categories & questions that I offer, and in which the user would be able to update my lists by adding his/her own survey questions permanently to the appropriate categories in my program. Would I create a database of the questions/categories and link that to the VB app? What would be the best way to go about this?
