Class phone

Hi

i have configured an analog phone as class phone, i was able to get the CLID on the analog phones in the internal calls extension to extension but the calls from external PRI to analog extension (DID) it is not showing the CLID.

any help to sort out this issue

assuming that you get that information to digital. reload your msdl card

i have tried reload the msdl but no luck. i can see the CLID on digital sets and D-channel messages but not on the analog sets. internal calls are working fine

I seem to recall that the CLASS modem only supports 7 or 10 digit external CLID.

our external clid is 8 digits only.
