Class of service report 2

I have an Octel 250 with 3.10sw. Is there a way to display all mail boxes associated with a particular mail box type? In my case I have some users that have outcall capability and I don't know who they are. They were assigned to a type 15 mail box which gives them outcalling to a pager.

Outcalling is controlled by the Class of Service, not mailbox type. There is not a report that will display the mailbox type. However, reports 1 and 2 have the COS for each mailbox. I suggest running report 1, and setting all the Mailbox Selection options to "no".

Update on this class of svc question. I did a printout of report 1 and yes the COS was listed and I found the info I needed. Thanks for that. One more question. How can I get a printout of this report to the wyse terminal only, instead of to the default printer? There is not a PC hooked up to the 250, only the wyse and Printer.

hit p to print and then hit ctrl shift print scr and it will go to the screen use ctrl s to stop and ctrl q to start it

Yes it did work, but I had to modify the string u gave. I had to hit enter after the "P" and instead of the print scr key,,I hit the Print/Send key.
