You mean you want to capture the picture of a Web cam? Is the web cam TWAIN compliant?
Check out 3rd party solution - - Costs $90.
Check out for a freeware solution. EZTwain Classic can be got at The camera should be TWAIN compliant i.e. available as a TWAIN source similar to a scanner for it to work.
