Clarion 6 Remote PC and Application shutdown/restart

I want to shutdown/restart remote PC either on network or WAN. Also I want to shutdown/restart particulat Applications running on it.

I should also be able to view which applications are running on different PC's.

Sitting on one PC I should be able to control all the network PC's or WAN PC's and the applications running on them.

I want to do this in Clarion 6.1

Any ideas?
