We are using a mid-range storage unit CLARiiON CX3-40 APM00072002016 and have been receiving the follow error message.

Warning JServer "The /nas (or /nbsnas) filesystems capacity exceeds 67%. Historical data about the Control Station's configuration is no longer being gathered."

I would think this is a message coming from the high watermark that is set for one of the file systems, but each fs is set at 90%.

There are no other fs quotas that are even set so we are unsure why this message is coming up. Any ideas?

Oh, and it throws this message about 25 times a day but the actually EMC is functioning fine.

Is your Clariion attached to a Celerra?? Looks like a Celerra issue with the /nas file system on the Control Station. Log onto control station (cs) and run a 'df' command and you'll see what state the cs file systems (as opposed to data mover fs) are in.
JServer is related to the Celerra manager app which saves off historical performance stats in /nas file system. Free up some space on /nas and it should start collecting stats again.
If you don't want these stats, you don't need to worry too much about it.

Yes it is attached to Celerra. I checked the file system states and none of them are over 60% in use.

When you say you checked the file system, do you mean the file systems you defined yourself for file shares on the data movers?
Can you logon to the Control Station command line and post the output of a 'df' command?
