Clariion Array Drives Off-Line?

I have several Arrays of Clariion DAE R fiber-channel raid storage. They were formatted SGI IRIX for video storage.
The SGI died and now I want to repurpose this storage.
The Drives show up "Off-Line" in NT allowing no access.

Are there any suggestions or utilities to place these drives back on-line?
