ClarifyCRM hangs in Citrix session

Hi,

I am running ClarifyCRM in citrix session and it hangs periodically. When it hangs it freezes completely without any kind of mouse movement. Version of ClarifyCRM is 12.5 and OS is windows server 2003. Citrix Metafram (latest version)

Please help
