Clarifications regarding licenses

Dear Mr. Inayat,

If I have the following licenses :

1. R8+Preferred Edition (VMPro)
2. Advanced Edition

Is it enough to Install and configure the following:

1. Voicemail Pro
2. Customer Call Reporter
3. Contact Store

Also if I have an IP Office R8.1, can I configure SIP Line without need to install new SIP license, I think I read that it comes with 3 free.

yes to the first question as long as essential has also been purchased and no to the second , if you want sip trunks out of basic mode you need licences
