Clarification on Night Service Button ...

I've got a night service button on the main office phone. When pressed, calls immediately go to the auto attendant. Just wondering if the night button affects which menu the messaging system plays (day or night menu). Does the menu change only by the schedule set in partner messaging, or will the night service button force partner messaging to play the night menu?

depends on the setup of your schedule controller in the messaging, you can set it to follow the switch mode or the schedule or both.
