CLAN upgrade error

We are trying to upgrade CLAN by putting file in CM. Which folder of CM the firmware file should be downloaded?

it is in /var/home/ftp/hub.


when we try to FTP to clan and then "put /var/home/ftp/pub/filename"

getting error 553 cannot create file, permission problem.

Cm 4.x s8720.

please assist.

'enable filex'
From your source FTP to the C-LAN IP address.
'put 'tn799dp-hx-f34-sig.bin' (FTP file to the board)
'list directory board [slot]' (verify the file uploaded)
'change firmware download 1' (schedule download)
