CLAN Setups for IP-Agents

Can you Help _ I am on a AVAYA s8710 Verions CM3.1.4
I am trying to Setup a new CLAN card to work with IP-Agent using Telecommunter.

I have setup the IP-interface, Node-name and Data Ext. and have enabled the ethernet. Firewall Ports 1719-1720 have been opened as have another range of 500 ports set in the advance settings of the IP-agent application.

The Application works using an old CLAN. but I cannot login to the call sever when using the new CLANs IP.

Am i missing something?
