I purchased a used CIX 40 from a Car dealership that upgraded to something bigger. I have emanager v. 5.2 installed on my laptop running Windows 7 64 Bit. I also have crossed over cable connected to the processor. I have created a client and have assigned the IP address that comes standard with the system 192.168.0.253 and 192.168.0.254. When I try to connect I get an error "can not connect to call agent". What am I doing wrong?
