I've got Civil Series 2004 at the office, we haven't decided to make the jump to the newer versions yet. Someone had installed the trial versions for a few of Autodesk's products on this machine, and they've since been disabled/uninstalled.
Trouble is coming when I try and update from SP0 to SP1.
The message I get when trying to patch the software is:
The service pack could not be installed because the expected Autodesk product could not be located on your computer. Make sure that you are using the correct service pack for the product.
This happens whether I use the Locked or Unlocked patch...for either 2004 version.

Product name: Autodesk Civil Series 2004
Product release version: 2004.0.0
Product service pack: 0
Product serial number: **edit**edit**
License type: Standalone - Unlocked
License expiration date: None
I have a feeling it's because of the trial versions for 2006, Land Desktop, etc... Hoping someone has a workaround besides the corporate uninstall, reinstall and pray response.
Thanks!
