Hi there,
we had an issue with an PC Attendant that it was not able to handle calls and was always busy.... after I did an INI everything was working again.
Now the customer claims that there is an annoying ring tone everytime they receive a call.... It seems it changed the frequence to an higher tone.
Anything I can do or check? I dont know any changes on a CIU like on an 2250
