City State List...

I'm not sure how to categorize my question so please forgive me... does anybody know of a service that will provide you with a list of cities, states, and zip codes for the whole united states and you only pay them like a yearly fee or something...

I'm asking because i'm not sure how to google it. ;-)

I know the US Post Office has software that normalizes addresses and zip codes. But it's not cheap. And I believe it gets updated quarterly.

I used the second result on George's list for a couple of years to segment out geographical markets on zip code and CBSA.
