Hi all,

When connecting to accpac via citrix one client is getting the error 'an error has occured while connecting to the requested resource'

What could be the issue?

I've been using Accpac on Citrix for 10 years and never seen that message. Therefore, your permissions are insufficient, or it's a corrupt account and should be deleted off the Citrix box and recreated.
