Citrix XP with NFuse 1.6 connection problem.

I setup citrix and iis on the same box. I can get to the website and launch the published desktop if I go through the website internally. When I try it from the outside I get the website. I am able to login and see the published apps but when I click on any of them it tries to connect and returns an error saying there is no citrix server configured on the specified address. I used the altaddr and opened up 80 and 1494 on the pix. I modified the template.ica and the published desktop .ica.
Any suggestions?

For published applications you also have to open the UDP 1604 port in the pix.
