I am getting the following DCOM error on a Win2K3 server running MF XP FR3. I have searched and con not find a resolution to this issue:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10010
Date: 4/26/2004
Time: 11:47:34 AM
User: DOMAIN\USER
Computer: COMPUTER
Description:
The server {601AC3DC-786A-4EB0-BF40-EE3521E70BFB} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
