We are having an issue running Info Desktop in Seagate Info 7 via Citrix. We have 2 Citrix boxes and it appears that we can only have one Info Desktop connection for each Citrix box. If another user tries to log into Info Desktop on one of the Citrix boxes they will get a "Connecting, please wait" message that will never go away. If one of the users logs off one of the Citrix boxes then the user will be able to get in. Does anyone have a solution for this or has anyone experienced this?

Thanks in Advance,
Bessebo

I have a Citrix box running on Windows 2000. I was able to Terminal Service to it with different logins simultaneously and log into Info Desktop.

Can your users use Terminal Services without Citrix? I am assuming not, or else you would not have Citrix.

Have you tried using Seagate Web Access and having the users access the Info Desktop from the Web?

Seagate Knowledge Base article c2006355 deals with this problem and worked well for us.

We have used Info via Citrix for about two years, and have now decided to go with web access via the Java Desktop as sandrews has suggested. Definitely keep that in mind as an alternative.
