Having problems with users being disconnected regularly.
Checked event viewer but nothing listed.
Only users coming through the kilostreams connection of network.
Anybody help??

I had many many disconnections because of my HP printerdriver. Somethimes I even got bleuscreens.

My solution was: go 1 driver back

This could be because the kilostream links are flaky. What sort of times are you seeing when you ping the server from the client?

Try adding a value to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\MaxDisconnectTime or MaxIdleTime.

There may an article at that gives further information on this setting.

I hope this helps

we have 2 offices connected by kilostream
pinging the PCs returns between 20ms and 400ms
from the server end.
thanxs for your help

400ms should be fine - I get 401 - 411ms from my Tokyo office, and 540 - 551 from Sydney!

By default, the key settings (which are under DefaultUserConfiguration, by the way), are set to 0, which means that they shouldn't time out.

You can adjust these settings using the Citrix Connection Configuration tool, in Administrative Programs. Choose Edit Connection Configuration, then Advanced...

Try running a packet sniffer - or even a simple tool like netmon to discover what happens at the time the user(s) get disconnected.

I hope this helps
